***Invisiboogle-16 (M16A1 fire control group with drop-in auto sear)***

Print settings for all parts: PLA+, Layer height .15-.2mm, 8 wall count, 100% infill, 230/50 degrees nozzle/bed temps, use supports on parts that have overhanging parts and make sure to clean them off really really well
Print: Disconnector, hammer stud, sear housing, sear, selector drum, selector lever, trigger stud, trigger, and either the normal hammer, or the anti-binary hammer if you are experiencing binary fire (which will break the system)
Hardware: M4x6mm DIN 84 bolt for hammer strike face, used AR15 mag catch spring for sear (install a new one in your lower and use the used one), short piece of stiff wire or rod 4.33" long and 1/8" diameter to hold sear together, JB weld,1x M3x30mm bolt (cut down to 27mm), M3 nut
(Optional Stock AR Parts): M16 Hammer, M16 Trigger, M16 Disconnect
Stock AR Parts: trigger pins, trigger/hammer springs, disconnect spring, full-auto bolt carrier

Assembly: Ream out the holes of the trigger, disconnect, and hammer and install as normal. JB weld the screw in and let it set. File down contact surfaces of sear parts, and install the mag spring in the large holes and the small rod through the small ones. Make sure it doesn't stick at any point. Install as a DIAS. Attach lever to selector drum with the M3 nut and bolt and install as normal.

Function test:
1) Make sure gun is clear
2) Put selector on "semi" and pull and hold the trigger
3) Pull back and release charging handle to recharge the bolt
4) Release trigger. You should hear a click as it reset, you can pull the trigger again and have the hammer fall
5) Put selector on "full" and pull and hold the trigger
6) Pull back and slowly release charging handle to recharge the bolt. You should hear the hammer fall again right before the bolt closes.
7) Release the trigger and recharge the bolt. You should be able to pull the trigger again.

If you are experiencing binary firing (the hammer falls off the disconnector before the trigger resets), use the anti-binary hammer and file down the hammer-disconnect sear until it works properly.

Legal notes: Printing and assembling this without the proper legal status WILL constitute illegally manufacturing a machine gun. I do not take responsibility if you do this. The auto sear is the most likely thing to get you in trouble, unless you have none of these parts printed and are using it solely for the Invisiboogle-FART.
However, this doesn't require a "3rd hole" in your AR lower receiver, so if you don't go full-retard, uh, full-auto at the range you shouldn't get any funny looks. It's invisible without disassembly, hence the "Invisiboogle."

This is based off the Common Sense Gun Control Group 3D Printable Fire Control Group and the Yankee Boogle drop-in auto sear

					***Invisiboogle-FART (Forced Assisted Reset Trigger)***

Print: Trigger, Hammer, Sear, Sear Housing, Hammer Stud, Trigger Stud
Hardware: M4x6mm DIN 84 bolt for hammer strike face, used AR15 mag catch spring for sear (install a new one in your lower and use the used one), short piece of stiff wire or rod 4.33" long and 1/8" diameter to hold sear together, JB weld
Stock AR parts: Safety selector, trigger pins, trigger/hammer springs, full-auto bolt carrier

Assembly:
Ream out the holes of the trigger and hammer and install as normal. JB weld the screw in and let it set. File down contact surfaces of sear parts, and install the mag spring in the large holes and the small rod through the small ones. Make sure it doesn't stick at any point. Install similarly to a DIAS.

Function test:
1) Make sure gun is cleared.
2) Put selector on "semi" and pull and hold the trigger.
3) WHile holding trigger, slowly pull the bolt back through the charging handle. At some point, the trigger will be pushed forward, do not fight this.
4) Slowly release bolt with charging handle. You should be able to pull the trigger again.
5) Right before bolt closes completely, the hammer should fall.

Legal notes: the sear mechanism used to hold back the hammer is identical to a Drop-in Auto Sear for the AR platform. I am not a lawyer, and do not know if this is legal to manufacture. It will NOT make the gun function in full-auto AFAIK, but can be used to do so with other parts (Invisiboogle-16). Use at your own risk. If asked, you did not intend to use this illegally. If you are a lawyer and know if this is legal or not, please contact me.

						***Invisibinary (Binary firing system)***

Print: All of the files in the folder except the sear, sear housing, and 4-way selector.
Hardware: M4x6mm DIN 84 bolt for hammer strike face, JB weld, standard pen spring (4x20+mm, don't go below 20mm)
Stock AR Parts: trigger pins, trigger/hammer springs, disconnect spring

Assembly (also found at https://youtu.be/0gtFrRwxCHs): Ream out the holes of the trigger, disconnect, and hammer. Put the pen spring on the nub inside the disconnect arm's slot. Put disconnect arm inside trigger groove, and pull the spring through the slot on the side of the trigger so it's almost perpendicular to the arm. Put the disconnect and disconnect spring in on the right of the disconnect arm. Push the slave pin through the assembly (through trigger holes, disconnect hole, and the front of the disconnect arm slot. Take the spring sticking out the side and push it back in, so it is pressing against the slave pin. Oil it up and make sure it works: when the disconnect is pressed down against its spring, the disconnect arm should move back and hold the disconnect up. When the disconnect arm is pressed forward, the disconnect should fall back down.
JB weld screw into hammer. Install trigger assembly, hammer, and selector as normal. Make sure to push the trigger pin in from the LEFT side of the lower VERY quickly so it doesn't mess up the pen spring. Install selector as normal.

Post-assembly: You will need to file down the sear on the hammer that touches the disconnect. It should only take a little bit of filing.

Function test on lower receiver only:
1) Making sure hammer is back, put selector on "semi" and pull and hold the trigger.
2) Press back the hammer so it catches under the disconnect. The disconnect arm should NOT move back as it should be held in place by the selector. Release the trigger. It should reset and be ready to fall when you pull the trigger again.
3) Put selector on "full" (functionally binary) and pull and hold trigger. Move hammer back so it catches under the disconnect. The disconnect arm should move back as the disconnect is pushed down, but the hammer should not push the arm back forward. Releasing the trigger should allow the hammer to fall. With the trigger released, push the hammer back once more. It should catch on the disconnect (click #1), and as the disconnect arm moves back, the tip of the trigger should push it back forward (click #2).

At this point, this should note be considered a machine gun under US law.
IF you wish to make a four position (safe/semi/binary/full) ILLEGAL trigger pack, print and assemble the sear/sear housing as in the Invisiboogle-16 and use the 4-way selector instead.
