So who's responsible for all this?

<Silly>

The Usual Suspects:

Solomon Foster - colomon@ralf.org
Solomon
is accused of starting, in cold blood, the continuing-time mailing
list at the University of Michigan in or around October of 1993.

Charles Clark - cmclark@ralf.org
Charles is accused of aiding and abetting the abovementioned Mr. Foster
in running the list starting on or around January of 1994.

Sean Eric Fagan - Current address unavailable.
Sean allegedly created the first web site in or around December of 1994,
and smuggled same to its current location.

Loki - gwiseman@uoguelph.ca
 Loki
is the only name we have for the one responsible for the "banner" on the
"web pages". Note that "Loki" is also the name of the Norse trickster god,
so this one is an obvious troublemaker.

David Silberstein - davids@kithrup.com
 David
is believed to have made substantial changes and additions to the
abovementioned web pages on or around December of 1996 through the present.
Possibly holds the "webmaster" position in the organization.

And finally...
Daniel Keys Moran - Address information below.
 Daniel Keys Moran,
the alleged kingpin of the above group, is almost certainly
guilty of writing some of the most excellent science-fiction on
     the planet Earth.
